The "Headless Truckman" is designed to represent Halloween for the fire service. The Headless Truckman is on top of a straight stick going to the roof to catch some work. All he needs is his light and hook to get the job done. We wanted to make things a little interesting for the spooky season.

- 60% combed ring-spun cotton / 40% polyester — soft, smooth fabric great for printing
- Lightweight (4.3 oz/yd²) with a classic, comfortable fit
- 1x1 ribbed collar that stretches on and returns to shape
- Self-fabric shoulder tape for clean lines and reduced stretching
- Tear-away label and DTF inner neck print for comfort and crisp branding
Care instructions
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat

Shipping & delivery
Everything is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, your piece is printed after you place the order, then shipped direct to you.
That's why it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf apparel, and it's why the print quality holds up. It also means we're not throwing away boxes of unsold shirts at the end of the season.
Production takes 7-10 business days. US delivery adds 4-5 business days on top of that.
You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Returns & exchanges
If we got it wrong, we fix it. Damaged in transit, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email hello@truckcoapparel.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it. No charge, no return shipping, no argument.
If the size is wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Because every piece is made to order there's no stock to swap it against, so check the size guide before you buy, and if you're between sizes, ask us. We answer.
Custom and made-to-order goods aren't restocked, so we can't take back a piece simply because it's no longer wanted. That's the trade-off of nothing being mass-produced in advance.

Truck Co Apparel is run by firemen. The designs come out of the firehouse — from people who've stood the line and know what the job asks of you when nobody's watching.
We're not a print shop that noticed a date on the calendar. These are made to be worn at the gym, at training, and around the house on shift — not folded in a drawer for one day a year.
